Lume Solar will install the solar power plant, and the consumer takes the asset ownership. Post installation, our expert engineers will ensure the solar energy operations run efficiently under an operation & maintenance agreement.

Key Points:

1. You make full payment for the system and own, operate and maintain it for its lifetime.
2. You can engage a third party for operations and maintenance of the power plant.

• RESCO

Avoid the capex and the performance risk. Under this model, you only pay for the energy generated, typically 20-40% cheaper to grid electricity tariff with zero investment on the asset, thus saving money in the process. Operation and maintenance will be handled by us. Sign a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with us to save on your power cost.

Key Points:

1. You do not invest the money, but you provide your rooftop or land to install the solar power plant.
2. A third party investor invests the money and installs the plant.
3. You sign a long term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the investor.
4. You purchase the energy generated from you it as per the agreed tariff under the PPA.

• OPEN ACCESS

Lume Solar can supply solar power to you from one solar/wind farms near to your location. There is zero upfront investment and the power supplied will be cheaper than the grid electricity under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement.

Key Points:

1. It is either a third party open access or a group captive plant
2. Under group captive, you co-invest 26% of the equity money and enter into a long term PPA with the investor.
3. Under Third Party Open Access, you enter into a long term PPA without co-investing any equity.
4. You purchase the power at competitive tariffs and pay for the government charges for Transmission, wheeling, and Banking, as per the state government’s policy.
